During a scheduled 45 minute phone call, we will identify the scope of your project, what you need to purchase, and how much you are comfortable spending.  This is accomplished based on the answers you provide to a series of strategic questions.  The budgeting information discussed will be recorded in a confidential file and emailed to you for your future reference.
